Organa Access

An AI-native law firm,delivered as a kit.

Organa does not run a law firm. Organa Access gives you what you need to open and run your own, AI-native. The front office welcomes your clients: it takes in their request, sorts it, prepares guided documents and checks for conflicts before anything is passed on. The Organa platform is where your firm handles the matter: deadlines, documents, AI assistant, billing and client portal. One journey, from the first question to the invoice, with no retyping. AI prepares, the lawyer decides.

What you will see in Organa

Fictitious matter, sample data.

A request travels from the front office to the matter

As you scroll, the request moves forward: the client writes it, Organa Access prepares it, and your firm first receives only the conflict-check file. Then the decision is yours: accept the review or decline.

Decisions taken by AI alone
0

AI prepares and proposes. Reviewing a request, accepting an engagement, sending a document or invoicing remains a human decision.

What gets lost before the matter is opened

Between a client's first message and the opening of the matter, the work is often manual, repeated and hard to see. That is where time, clients and sometimes a deadline are lost.

  • 01

    Requests nobody has sorted

E-mails, calls and forms arrive in no particular order. It takes several exchanges to understand the area of law, the urgency and what the client expects.

  • 02

    Facts retyped at every step

The client's account is noted at reception, repeated in an e-mail, then keyed into the matter again.

  • 03

The conflict check comes too late

The firm often learns a great deal about a case before knowing whether it may review it.

  • 04

    Missing documents

The client does not know what to provide, and reminders delay the first consultation.

What the kit contains

The front office takes care of what comes before the engagement, the Organa platform of what follows it. The firm, its lawyers and its engagements stay yours. Each half is also available on its own: the front office alongside other practice management software, the platform with its own client portal.

  • Clients come in: the front office

Under your firm's brand: intake of requests, sorting by area of law and urgency, guided documents for the client, and fixed-fee packages if you offer them. Guided documents are checked by a lawyer where required.

  • The work gets done: the Organa platform

The matter, deadlines, documents, the AI assistant that proposes but never acts alone, billing and the client portal, in a single platform.

  • No big upfront bet

No development project and no heavy investment: the Organa platform is paid per user, at the published prices, and the terms for the front office are agreed on a call.

  • A new AI-native unit

Launch an AI-native practice or unit, with fixed fees or your usual pricing, without changing firms.

How a request travels, from first contact to the matter

  1. Step 0101

    The client describes the situation

In their own words, at any hour, on your firm's website. Organa Access asks the questions that matter and gathers the documents.

  2. Step 0202

The front office sorts and prepares

Area of law, urgency, any deadline mentioned, missing documents: Organa Access prepares a first structured file. It does not give an opinion in place of the lawyer.

  3. Step 0303

    The conflict check, blind

Your firm first receives a file limited to the parties and the type of matter. Nothing else is passed on at this stage.

  4. Step 0404

    The lawyer decides

Review accepted or declined: the answer is always given by a lawyer, never automatically. A refusal gives no reason and reveals no other matter.

  5. Step 0505

The full file reaches the Organa platform

The facts, documents and chronology enter the matter with no retyping. The work continues with the AI assistant, deadlines and billing.

  6. Step 0606

    The client follows the matter

The firm chooses what its client sees: progress, the deadlines that concern them, the documents handed over. Each step reaches the client signed, so they know it really comes from your firm.

What stays in the lawyer's hands

  • AI prepares, the lawyer decides

Organa Access sorts, structures and proposes. It says when a lawyer is needed and always offers one. Work under an engagement is done and signed by a lawyer.

  • Conflicts first

Beyond the parties and the type of matter, nothing is passed to the firm until a lawyer has accepted the review.

  • Hosted in Switzerland, by a Swiss provider

Both halves run on the same Swiss hosting and use the AI provider you choose. Your clients' files are not used to train any model.

  • A documented exchange format

The two exchange their files using Organa Exchange, a format designed to be open, whose publication is in preparation. Each file carries a seal showing that nothing was changed on the way.

Who it is for

  • 01

    Firms launching an AI-native practice

A fixed-fee practice or a new unit, equipped from day one, with your usual pricing if you prefer.

  • 02

Firms that want more clients, not more administration

A front desk that sorts and prepares, so your lawyers only receive requests they can review.

  • 03

    In-house legal teams

Internal requests arrive sorted by area and urgency, with the relevant documents, before a lawyer on the team takes them on.

  • 04

    Legal protection insurers

Policyholders' claims arrive sorted and documented. A panel lawyer receives the full file only after their own conflict check.

Questions about Organa Access

See platform pricing
Does Organa run a law firm?

No. Organa makes software and does not give legal advice. Organa Access gives you the tools to open and run an AI-native practice. The firm, its lawyers, its engagements and its liability stay yours.

Does the AI give your clients legal advice?

No. Organa Access takes in, sorts and prepares. It says when a lawyer is needed and always offers one. Where advice is reserved to lawyers, it remains a document tool or runs under your firm's brand. Guided documents are checked by a lawyer where required.

What does the firm see before accepting?

Only the parties and the type of matter, in a blind conflict-check file. A lawyer answers "review accepted" or "declined", never automatically. Accepting the review is not yet accepting the engagement.

What happens if the firm declines?

The answer is the same whatever the reason, and it reveals no other matter. If the request mentioned a deadline, the client is warned: "A time limit may be running. Consult another lawyer without delay."

How do the two exchange their files?

Through Organa Exchange, a documented exchange format designed to be open, whose publication is in preparation. Each file carries a seal showing that nothing was changed on the way, and only the firm it is addressed to can answer it. The Organa platform can already receive these files; the connection is set up with each firm.

Do we need both halves?

No. Each is available on its own: the front office alongside other practice management software, the Organa platform with its own client portal. Together they form a single journey, with no retyping.

Does the platform also draft filings?

Yes, depending on the firm's country. For firms established in Switzerland, the Swiss pack builds on the front office's act cards: 545 guided filings and letters, in French, German or Italian, laid out to Swiss filing conventions. Every rule stays marked "to be checked": the lawyer reviews and decides. Outside Switzerland, the pack is not active, and your own templates stay separate from the pack. Firms established in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal or Spain get their own country's pack: 5,436 guided filings and letters in all (654 to 695 per country), written in the country's language (French for Belgium and Luxembourg), laid out to its conventions and marked "to be checked" in the same way.

How much does it cost?

The Organa platform is paid per user, at the published prices, excluding VAT. The terms for the front office are agreed on a call.

Where is the data?

In Switzerland, with a Swiss provider, out of reach of the US CLOUD Act. Your clients' files are not used to train any model.
