What is Organa?+
Organa is a platform for law firms, notaries and in-house legal departments. It brings together matters, deadlines, documents, time, billing, compliance and AI agents that prepare the work. Lawyers accept, correct or reject what is prepared, and nothing leaves without their approval.
Does Organa replace our practice management software?+
Yes, for most firms: matters, contacts, time, invoices, bank and documents are managed in Organa. The import assistant brings in your existing data. Firms that prefer to keep some tools can connect Organa to their document storage.
How is Organa different from tools like Harvey or Legora?+
Those tools are primarily legal AI assistants. Organa also runs the firm's matters, time, billing, bank and compliance, and its AI works on that data with each person's access rights. The AI stays under your governance: your own keys or a local model, an enforced processing region, identifiers pseudonymised before sending and every call logged.
Is our data used to train AI models?+
No. Your documents and queries are not used to train any model. Before a call to an external model, identifiers such as emails, phone numbers or IBANs can be replaced by placeholder tokens, then restored in the answer.
Where is the data hosted?+
The platform is hosted in Switzerland by a Swiss provider, out of reach of the US CLOUD Act. Your files stay where they are: in your kDrive, your S3 or your SharePoint. With Enterprise, a dedicated deployment runs in your own cloud, on your infrastructure or as a dedicated instance in the European Union.
Can AI agents act without approval?+
No. Agents prepare proposals: tasks, time entries, drafts and reminders. Anything sent to a client, a court or a bank, and any financial entry, waits for approval by an authorised person.
Does Organa work outside Switzerland?+
Yes. The core of the platform does not depend on any country. Firms in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand use PDF or electronic invoicing and accounting export. Local legal rules are still confirmed by the lawyer.
Does Organa draft Swiss filings and letters?+
Yes, for firms established in Switzerland. The Swiss pack holds 545 guided filings and letters: civil procedure, debt enforcement, family and succession, criminal law, public law, tenancy, employment, tax, companies and contracts. Drafts are written in French, German or Italian and laid out to Swiss filing conventions. Every rule stays marked "to be checked": the lawyer reviews and decides. Outside Switzerland, the pack is not active. Your own templates remain yours, kept separate from the pack. Firms established in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal or Spain get their own country's pack: 5,436 guided filings and letters in all (654 to 695 per country), written in the country's language (French for Belgium and Luxembourg), laid out to its conventions and marked "to be checked" in the same way.
How much does Organa cost?+
During the launch offer, Base costs CHF 890 per user for the first year. Guided costs CHF 9'790 per deployment lead, of which CHF 8'900 covers the personalised setup. Enterprise is priced on quotation, in particular for more than 150 users.
How quickly can we get started?+
With Base, you create the account, import your data and start working the same day. With Guided, we configure Organa around your practice after a first conversation about your needs.
