Base and Guided are bought online, and a single payment covers the first year. Enterprise is priced on quotation as soon as you need a dedicated environment, AI on your own infrastructure or stronger contractual commitments, whatever the size of the firm.

Prices are set and shown in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT. At checkout, Stripe can show and charge the amount in your local currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) at its own rate, which includes a conversion fee of about 2–4 % paid by you. Swiss VAT (8.1 %) is added for clients in Switzerland and Liechtenstein; business clients in the EU pay no Swiss VAT (reverse charge in their country). Invoice or bank transfer on request.
Launch offer for the first year
Base is the seat for each team member, working independently. Guided adds a personalised setup built around one deployment lead, often a partner. Enterprise is priced on quotation. A single payment covers the first year. AI is not included in the seat: you use your own keys or Organa credits billed on usage.

Storage hosted by Organa, in Switzerland
Your documents can stay with your own provider (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, S3, WebDAV, kDrive). You can also store them with Organa, in Switzerland: an encryption key of the firm's own, no file ever overwritten, nothing to set up. Choose it at sign-up or in settings.

Nothing changes for you: the terms of the launch offer set your scope and your access. New prices apply to new customers.
What is the difference between the personalised setup and services on quotation?
The personalised setup is included in Guided (CHF 9'790 per deployment lead: CHF 8'900 for the setup and CHF 890 for their seat). We first understand their practice, their matter types and their way of working, then configure Organa around them: practice packs, templates and clauses, import of their data, agents and routines, and invitations for their team. Services on quotation are separate engagements, such as an integration with your accounting system or AI installed on your premises.
Is Guided a package per firm?
No. Guided is bought per deployment lead, the person we configure Organa around, often a partner. In a firm of 50 lawyers and 5 partners, for example, three partners take Base, two take Guided, and the rest of the team takes Base seats. The launch offer covers up to 150 seats per firm; beyond that, Enterprise applies.
Which currency can I pay in?

You set a monthly limit: usage is measured on every call, stops at the limit, and you are alerted at 80% and 100%.
Can we install Organa on our own infrastructure?
Yes, with Enterprise: a dedicated cloud, an installation on your premises, or an AI model on your infrastructure, with network isolation and adapted retention rules.
What happens after the first year?
Founding firms renew with a 30% reduction on the current price, which can be combined with annual payment. Public prices after the launch will be announced before your renewal.
